Methven Appoints New Director with International Business Track Record
David Mair joined the Board in October 2009. He has strong experience in international operations, manufacturing and commercialising innovations in New Zealand, Asia and Europe. He is a professional investor, Chairman of Stainless Design Limited and a director of Skellerup Industries, A2 Corporation and High Modulus International. He is a former Executive Director of Interlock Group and Vice President of Asia Operations and an Operations Council Leader of ASSA ABLOY, the giant Swedish lock group. He has spent many years living and working in Japan gaining a rare and intimate knowledge of Japanese quality and process improvement systems, including Just in Time manufacturing and world class supply chain practice.
